ESTABLISHMENT OF EARLY VOTING SITE
PUBLIC NOTICE
To All Qualified Electors in Frederic, Grayling, Lovells, Maple Forest, South Branch Townships and the City of Grayling
Notice is hereby given by the Boards of the signed Agreement for Joint Election Services under authority granted in Public Act 81 of 2023, that the location of the early voting site for all federal and statewide elections of 2024 will be the following:
Crawford County Building
200 W. Michigan Ave.
Grayling, MI 49738
All qualified electors in Frederic, Grayling, Lovells, Maple Forest, South Branch Townships and the City of Grayling have the right to mark a ballot and deposit the ballot in a tabulator beginning the second Saturday before an election and ending the Sunday before the election. For these townships, early voting for the Presidential General Election will be available at the Crawford County Building on the following days and hours:

Maple Forest Township will receive sealed bids in the township hall at 8996 N Sherman Rd, Grayling MI 49738, until September 24, 2024 at 4:00 PM for the following:

It is the sole responsibility of the Bidder to check for updates and addenda prior to the bid being submitted. Documents can be found on the Maple Forest Township website, Builders Exchange website, Wade Trim website, or the Maple Forest Township Hall foyer, or by request from the deputy clerk at the email address listed below.
Maple Forest Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, and to accept the bids either on an entire or individual basis that is in the best interest of the Township. Maple Forest Township accepts no responsibility for any expense incurred by the Bidder in the preparation and presentation of a bid. Such expenses shall be borne exclusively by the Bidder. Only the successful Bidder will be notified.
You must indicate on the outside of the sealed envelope that the bid is for the “Maple Forest Township Park”. You must submit sealed bids to the Maple Forest Township Hall prior to the above indicated time and date or the bid will not be accepted. Digital copies will not be accepted.
Please note that if you have previously submitted an informal quote, you will still need to submit a sealed bid prior to the date and time specified above in order to be considered. Please ensure that all requirements listed in the specifications are met.
